Kinga Biernat is an advocate (attorney-at-law) in Poland and in the State of New York since 2005.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Łódź University and Yeshiva University, Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York, USA, where she was conferred the LLM title. She completed advocate training of the District Bar Council in Warsaw.
Capitalizing on long-term experience attained in distinguished international law firms, she provides legal services to Polish and foreign clients in issues of corporate law, commercial law, civil law, real estate law and international law. She advises entrepreneurs in matters relating to investments in Poland and provides ongoing legal service to them.
She has broad experience in purchasing/selling shares, organised parts of enterprises and in performing due diligence checks on companies and properties. She helps clients through real estate buy, sale and lease processes as well as in hereditary and family matters.
